Baptism Interest

Thank you for expressing interest in following Jesus in baptism. On the morning of baptism, you will receive a shirt to wear during the baptism and it will be yours to keep as a way to remember this experience. We encourage you to invite family and friends to both witness and celebrate this moment with you. If you have any questions, please contact Pastor Cory at cory@lakecommunity.org.

There are three questions we ask each baptism candidate. If you can answer "yes" to each of these questions, then baptism is a great way to express your faith. Please check the boxes below to affirm your agreement with the following statements.
